Life is a precious gift which we have achieved from the God. To maintain our health in a good way is our supreme responsibility. Everyone of us wants to lead an effective life, there is no doubt about this. This life is ours, so we would always have to lead it in a very positive way and to do sowe must follow some guidelines/principles.
It is very rightly said by Albert Einstein that “Once you stop learning, you start dying”. World is changing so rapidlyand this change touches almost every aspects; education system is not different. So in this progressive world one must keep learning and update themselves along with the pace of change. Education is the backbone of our society.
Its a pleasure for me to work with Susanta Shome (CTIO/CTO, Smart) who's always doing his best to help and support the company in every possible way. I have learned a lot from him in Telecommunication, Management, Professionalism and Decision making. His style of working like a Techno-commercial person is amazing.
Susanta Shome is one of the most effective CTO/Team-Lead I have ever seen. Name any field in Telecom be it IT, O&M, RF, Transmission, Roll out or OCS, he has massive knowledge in everything. His ability of working in 'high pressure'/'unfavourable situation' and deep involvement in each project is commendable.
